1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 (12 ounce) can pineapple with juice
2 bananas, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (4 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, pineapple juice and bananas until blended, then fold in pie filling. Spread filling into an 8x8 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbles appear on top. Serve warm. If designing your own pineapple, reserve 2 pineapple slices for decoration.
