Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomato

1/2 cup whole milk

1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

2 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste

1 cup diced green bell pepper

1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

1 pound shredded Swiss cheese

1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, olive oil, garlic and crushed tomato. Mix in whole milk, tomatoes, mixed vegetables, tomato paste, green pepper, Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until well blended. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
