1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2/3 cup vegetable oil for cooking
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cups sliced Zucchini
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (16 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
In a small bowl, sift together the melted butter, flour, oil, eggs, oregano, zucchini, Italian-style seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, basil and Swiss cheese.
Heat the 1 1/2 cup margarine in a large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced zucchini, Italian-style baking mix, Italian-style seasoning, cheese and tomato mixture and saute for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden. Remove from heat.
