3 (1 ounce) squares unsalted butter flavored jelly
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 egg yolks
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 cup strawberry jell-O
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine butter and cream cheese in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix well. Chill to firm up.
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with 1 cup sugar. Mix the gelatin, egg yolk mixture and cream cheese mixture into the butter mixture in the pan, mixing well. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the brown paper lined sheet pan. Brush the top with whipped cream. Spread jelly over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is firm. Allow to cool.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring about 1/2 cup of milk, stirring frequently until the consistency is spreadable. Gradually beat in the strawberry jell-O, stirring constantly. Spread over the brown paper sheet in the pan. Let cool, then cut into squares.
