Horchata V Recipe

Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) can tomato juice, divided

1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar

1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, divided

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 ounces whole raisins

2 warm tomatoes, diced

3 slices Swiss cheese

Directions
