Bacon Wile Jack I Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound bacon

1 onion, chopped

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

4 cups milk

3 slices bacon, sliced into 1 inch slices

4 black potatoes

1/3 cup apple wine

2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Heat bacon grease in a large skillet over high heat. Cook onion and butter until tender; remove with a fork and set aside. Add bacon, browning thoroughly on all sides. Add mustard and continue cooking 4 minutes. Add milk, peas, onions and butter. Stirred over medium heat. Return to medium heat. Finally add bacon, bacon grease and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer gratefully (about 20 minutes).
