1 quart butter, melted
1/2 cup ketchup
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika, crushed
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
Lightly oil a large skillet.
Dredge chicken in melted butter and ketchup. Place chicken in skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Mix in ketchup, paprika, garlic powder and paprika. Stir fry until coated and allow to drain, about 30 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet. Heat oil over medium heat and add shrimp, turning and basting occasionally. Fry shrimp, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
