1 2/3 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese or jam
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 pints frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup white sugar
In a blender, whip milk, brown sugar, pineapple juice, cream cheese, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Fold whipped topping into pineapple mixture; pour into glasses and chill in refrigerator. Serve chilled with whipped topping. (Note: This recipe can be prepared in advance if you'd like.)
