1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups margarine
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. In a large bowl, beat together 1 cup flour, 1 cup caster sugar, and baking powder until well blended. Beat in the flour mixture, one egg at a time, until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Combine the walnuts, eggs, and vanilla; add to the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
