4 cups shredded Firm Slab Cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 2/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix shredded firm cheese and butter.
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, milk, water, vanilla and 1/3 cup of the melted firm cheese. Spread mixture over crackers. Cut into squares.
