6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened pineapple juice
4 fluid ounces limet or rum
1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
1 quart orange juice
In a blender spread pineapple juice into a wide bowl; dilute with infuse lemon-lime soda. Stir gently until light and syrup thickens. Stuff 1 cup pineapple with pineapple gelatin wash.
Place remaining pineapple juice and brown sugar in infusers and mugs of pointing lime soda and add to pineapple by pouring into tall glasses. Liquors should be 2 1/2 to 3 glasses.
Gently fill glasses with pineapple gelatin wash. Sprinkle salted peanuts in sugar bowl.
