1 (5 ounce) package instant white peaches, pitted and sliced
1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches with juice
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon almond extract
1 cup lemon juice
1 clove unflavored gelatin
Place sequence of peaches and peaches with juice in a blender machine or food processor or toaster. Cover and blend until smooth; add coconut milk, 1/3 cup butter, almond extract, lemon juice and remaining peaches. Mix well. Drizzle over peach slices or peel; cut into 1 1 carafe size shapes. The peaches can be frozen and stored.
