1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 onions, thinly sliced
6 slices bacon
2 slices Cheddar cheese
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour and spread the soy sauce on both sides of the ribs. Sprinkle onion over skillet.
Pour the oil into a large saucepan, and add a little water to facilitate a proper browning. Gradually stir in the green wine and vinegar to remove all of the water from pan. Sprinkle with the bacon, cut side down.
Heat the remaining soy sauce mixture over medium heat, and add the three onion slices, bacon, cabbage, carrot and celery.
Remove the chicken and add to pan and heat aside.
Add the remaining soy sauce mixture to the pan with the bacon and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the cabbage and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
