1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cut each chicken breast in half and place in a large baking dish. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with water and jalapeno pepper. Top chicken with honey and olive oil.
Bake on baking sheet for 1 hour, or until chicken juices run clear. Remove chicken from dish and shred and place onto a foil lined platter. Cover and refrigerate milk and milk cartons.
