If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest and most convenient I have found for making stir fried foods. I like being able to control the spice in my recipes, rather than having to rely on the recipe's directions. I use Garam masalas (fish sauce). Very easy to make. I took a slight risk when I added garlic because I didn't have garlic powder, but we had plenty of garlic falls on us that day. I will make this again!
