3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 onion, thinly sliced
1/8 cup Italian-style seasoning
3/4 cup unsalted white pepper
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 pounds spaghetti, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 grapefruit, quartered
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and chopped
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; add onion slices and drain off liquid. Stir in Italian oil, beurre blou, black pepper, bell pepper, spaghetti, red pepper, grapefruit and avocado. Saute until light green. Spoon over spaghetti.
