1 pound lean ground beef
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons taco sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix beef, vegetable oil, taco sauce, beans and cheese. Form mixture into 12 shells, cover and refrigerate.
Preheat grill for high heat, grease grill mat, and grease grill rack.
Lightly oil grill. Place taco shells in hot grill grill oil. Cook on grill 12 to 16 minutes per side, turning once, until meat and liquid is no longer pink when seen on grill.
