1 (18 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate
2 jigger ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice concentrate, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour pineapple mixture into a tall glass bowl.
