1/2 cup ginger syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon honey lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon lime zest
In a medium saucepan, combine ginger syrup, honey, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and orange zest. Mix well and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from saucepan, and cool completely. Discard saucepan, and place in a large bowl. Heat remaining orange juice in a small saucepan, and stir into the chilled chicken.
