Corned Beef and Chicken in Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds corned beef brisket

3 tablespoons butter

4 eggs

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons prepared Dijon-style mustard

3 tablespoons bourbon

3 tablespoons onion powder

2 teaspoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons dry mustard

2 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place corned beef in a medium skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain fat, and place in a medium bowl. Crumble butter. Mix eggs and Worcestershire sauce, and pour over corned beef. Quickly stir mustard into egg mixture, then stir in bourbon, onion powder, paprika, salt, dry mustard, mushrooms and onion. Pour mixture over corned beef; toss until coated. Place on a large baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour, or until corned beef is tender and juices run clear.
