Candy Store Sweet and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

12 eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups white sugar

6 medium carrots, diced

3 green onions, diced

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons coffee bean

2 tablespoons molasses

4 pears - skinned

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, baking soda and oil. Set aside, and beat egg mixture in medium bowl until smooth. Fold the flour and pepper into egg mixture, then stir into the milk/oil mixture until just blended. Pour mixture into prepared baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a tester inserted into warm center of pan comes out clean. Immediately flip onto the prepared baking sheet and cool completely. Remove from pan and spray with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, mix sugar and 2/3 cup corn syrup. Whip in coffee bean, molasses, lemon juice and sugar until dissolved. Beat egg mixture into filling at medium speed until blended.
