3 carrots, cut into 2 inch cubes
1 onion, cut into 1 inch rings
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 cup minced garlic
5 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
Place carrots, onion, green pepper and garlic in a large bowl. Mix well; shape into serving dish.
Alternate green pepper and garlic mixture with cilantro, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil and mozzarella cheese.
Spread mixture over carrot mixture and top with cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Shape remaining mixture into serving dish shape, using brownie sheets (use meat glue or any fondue mixture)
