2 oranges, peeled, seeded and sliced

Stir oranges and oranges into boiling water to cover; boil 5 minutes or until citrus is bright orange. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 1 minute.
Remove citrus from saucepan, and stir in orange zest; stir gently for 5 to 6 minutes, or until oranges are clear. Stir citrus mixture into orange juice; return to medium-low heat for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest, lemon juice and garlic.
Pour orange zest over boiling orange juice mixture, and pour orange zest over orange juice and lemon zest mixture. Slowly pour orange zest over orange juice mixture while stirring, stirring gently every 5 minutes.
