1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped cherries
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, pudding mix, whipping cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey and orange zest. Beat until well blended, about 10 minutes. Pour mixture into a large freezer container.
In a small saucepan over low heat, heat orange juice and pecans in the orange juice mixture until warmed. Remove from heat; stir into whipped cream mixture. Fold whipped cream mixture back into peach mixture. Pour mixture into freezer container. Chill with ice cream in freezer container.
Stir frozen fruit mixture into chilled cream cheese mixture. Chill until serving.
