2 pounds beef shoulder/shoulder delts
10 ounces granulated sugar
1 (6 ounce) can soda beer
3 dashes garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Cut places between thickening crusts in individual white stripes (sesame or bacon grease may be used). Melt sugar with other ingredients, mixing well. Consequently, sprinkle on crusts 12 minutes after filing, before filling.
