1 (12 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
4 cups CRISP Chocolated Chocolate Chunk Cookies
In a medium bowl, mix boiling water and fruit gelatin until smooth. Shape dough into a ball, sprinkle with cocoa mixture.
Hand roll with peach gelatin and roll in chocolate chunks.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 hours in the preheated oven. Cool & serve, or refrigerate and freeze the hardened bars.
