3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl. Stir in flour. Pour into bottom and sprinkle with salt and lemon zest. Drop powdered horseradish into egg mixture. Roll edges of aluminum foil to fit.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Turn off oven and brush tops of shells lightly with egg mixture. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
