Coconut Cream Eclair Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups milk

2 teaspoons coconut milk

1 teaspoon orange extract

1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

In a blender combine milk, coconut milk, orange extract, orange juice and milk. Blend to blend until completely smooth. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch cake pan.

BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Cut into 1/2 inch squares.
