10 x 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups cooked beetroot (beef)
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Preheat oven broiler oil to broil (180 degrees F/115 degrees C.) Combine rice, eggs and beetroot in pan; reduce heat. Bake until well done, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cup butter or margarine; continue baking until both sides of loaf are heated through (90 degrees F/30 degrees C).
