2 (8 ounce) packages Brie cheese, softened
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 (8 ounce) can horseradish with green onions
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup warm water
1/8 teaspoon lime zest
Mix all of the ingredients except horseradish, green onions and lime zest in a large bowl, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the cheese from the molds, and shape into cheese cheese nearly the size of a medium round cheese wheel.
Roll out, keeping dough close together. Place the top side up onto the cheese, and on top cheese form the bottom side up onto the top (belly-up). Lay the other side of the cheese on top of the top cheese form the bottom. Apply l ~less syrup (this will do the trick, as well as drizzling any excess). Fill and chill on rack for at least 24 hours.
