1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/3 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 egg
3/4 cup margarine
1 (5 pound) whole chicken
1 (3 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
In a blender, puree mayonnaise, wine, soy sauce, oil and chicken broth. Add lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, hot pepper sauce and egg. Blend until smooth.
