1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chilies, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a 9 inch glass pie pan.
Pour mixture over pizza crust. Sprinkle with mushrooms.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
