Peach Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

2 (3 ounce) packages matte sugar-free chocolate flavored Jell-O flavoring mix

1 cup water

2 eggs

6 (2 ounce) squares butter, melted

4 3/4 cups fresh peaches, sliced

1/8 cup chopped sunflower seeds

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1/2 teaspoon orange juice lotion

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) container frozen chopped peaches, thawed

Directions

In a large bowl, mix peaches, peach liqueur, peaches, lime zest, orange juice and orange zest. Stir until peaches are coated.

Place ready-to-use plastic wrap on top of pie crust to prevent sticking.

Blend the melted butter and glaze over peaches.

Top pie with peach liqueur and sugar mix. Gently marinate peach slices in butter, as desired. Cover edges and refrigerate 2 hours.

Shape filling into small oval and place 2 inches apart in the pie pan. Position pie on cutting board. Sprinkle peaches and lime zest liberally over filling.

Place peach slices over filling to seal and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
