1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups chilled mint tea
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stir sugar in medium bowl. Beat milk with lemon juice and salt until smooth; add to butter mixture and blend; stir gently with hands.
Roll into 1-inch balls; fold in pecans. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
