1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons onion seed
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
In a medium bowl, mix the beef, onion seed, flour, oregano, basil, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cheese and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
I had a slice of provolone which I used for this. It was perfect...so fluffy and moist. Perfect for my family.
