4 teaspoons chopped fresh onion
1 tablespoon minced red pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 pounds corn tortillas
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Spray with vegetable oil spray
Season the other side of the tortillas with the red pepper, salt, and garlic. Heat oil again. Place 5 tortillas on a rack or pan, and transfer onto the prepared tortillas. Cover with another 5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet. Heat tortillas over high heat, and remove. Arrange in a single layer on a large serving platter.
