1 medium onion, chopped

3 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated baste packets
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
salt to taste
1/4 cup coarsely chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine onions, bell peppers, carrot, green bell pepper, baste packets (if desired), cream cheese, celery, green bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, milk, pudding mix, celery, green bell pepper, salt, onion and water. Mix together.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
