8 sprigs juniper pimento
4 tablespoons Indian green ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Put juniper, green onions, salt, and pepper into a 7 x 10 quart dish. Place everything into the refrigerator overnight.
In a clean 9x13 inch dish, melt butter. Boil water 1 minute, then skim off any foam from water. Pour over the stew and add salt, ground black pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
