3 golden apples, sliced
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups butter, melted
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon clove oil
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon extractor
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
Cut apples into 1/2 inch slices
Place inside of prepared pans with the juices cut in. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes or until apple is tender. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and eggs in medium bowl until combined. Beat in butter, cream cheese, cinnamon, 2 cups chocolate chips and sugar. Mix until mixture is thickened.
When apple is cool, cut into 1 inch squares. Serve with brown sugar. Make crackers when possible. Drink cider!
