Ginger Banana Bread II Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups plus milk

6 flax seeds

4 tablespoons sunflower seeds

2 bananas, peeled and sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

4 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup banana slices

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons margarine

1 1/2 teaspoons banana extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the milk, sunflower seeds, bananas, garlic, tomato paste, nutmeg, bananas, butter, sugar, margarine, and banana extract. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a tester inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in pan on wire rack.

I was impatient so froze the can for 30 minutes and whipped it for about 3 minutes, but it is pretty thin (but expects much more than normal!). If it were a little thicker, I think the cream wouldn't be quite so thick (and it does tend to gather in clumps, making it extremely dry). It is absolutely gorgeous! It's customizable! I changedjust about every thing except the order of ingredients (did freeze well & fell off the sheaf quickly). Thanks so much for sharing!
