1 pound pastrami
1 cup boiled water
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup croshy cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the pasta, water, milk, egg and margarine. Pour into the baking dish. Layer the Cheddar cheese, mozzarella, cheddar and Cheddar cheeses.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
