2 fluid ounces prepared horseradish

In a mixing bowl, combine horseradish, sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, lemon juice, vinegar, water, and 1/4 of the oil. Mix well, then combine the remaining milk, 1/2 lemon, salt, and cayenne pepper. This mixture should be fairly thick, stirring constantly. Pour into chilled jars and seal, allowing space to grow a little. Let the ingredients marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
