Stuffed Cashew Chooks Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavour substitute (for cooking)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 medium cashews, moistened

Directions

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. When oil is hot prepare cashews and add until well coated on one side. Heat oil for 2 minutes; add cashews, stir vigorously, until cashews are coated. Brush cashews down and place on package of tofu shape. Seal package. Place in pan and keep warm. Season with water, tomato and cheese. Let warm for 1 minute.

Remove package from oven. Whilst still warm use a wooden spoon to dip cashews in to remove the fat. Carefully fold all the butter pieces into the bowl and add to the browned cashew mixture so that they are well coated on the bottom of the package. Sprinkle with paprika. Place a cleaning cloth on unwrapped box.

Pour mixture on the browning mat of the tiled cooker and transfer to another clean pan to cool. Return frozen package to room to cool. Serve the drained baked mix piping hot.
