1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 bunch chopped Swiss chard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non stick spray spray.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mushrooms, cottage cheese, and cream cheese slices. Mix egg, milk, and vanilla into the mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate syrup over the top of the cheese and bread. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
