1 (14 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
8 fluid ounces heavy cream
In a blender, combine lemonade concentrate and pudding mix. I usually combine lemonade with milk because I like it!
In a small bowl, whip cream until frothy. If you have a mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form (some people prefer to do this at home). Fill a large glass or metal mixing bowl with ice. Pour lemonade mixture into glass/metal bowl. Stir in whipped cream. Serve chilled or chill before serving.
