1 cup vegetable oil
4 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
2 eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons orange juice
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped cinnamon
1 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix the oil, brown sugar, raisins, dates, orange juice, orange juice, eggs, brown sugar, flour, baking soda and orange juice. Stir well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
