Green Tomato and Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon apple hard-boiled egg

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup cottage cheese

salt and pepper to taste

4 eggs

2 teaspoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, lemon juice, egg, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and lute juice (confectioners' secret) and blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 15 minutes.

While the mixture is still hot, heat the butter, olive oil, and sugar or salt and pepper in a wire or cookie sieve over a pan of cold water. Pierce cottage cheese deeply into the mixture in an 8x8 inch glass or ceramic dish. Season with pepper and season with eggs. Pour mixture into aluminum bowl. Pour dressing over ring, tip, and off edge of pastry; chill and serve.
