4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, marinated
1/8 teaspoon dried lemon zest
1 cup vegetable oil
In a large bowl, mix chicken, paprika, basil, rosemary, basil, oregano, rosemary, lemon zest and oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill on medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes per side. Grill remaining chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
