1 pound bacon
1 onion, diced
1 large leaf lettuce - rinsed and dried
1 1/2 quarts tomato juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Turn bacon over. Cook about 5 minutes, or until evenly browned. Add onion, lettuce, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce; stir together. Continue cooking over medium high heat until heated through and thickened. Serve over ice in a silver mug.
