6 slices bacon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 small shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease and bacon grease. Stir in salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 to 6 minutes or until bacon is crisp and bacon is golden brown.
Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Add garlic and stir to coat. Add mushrooms and 1/2 cup milk; mix well. Place shrimp in the skillet over medium heat. Add sauteed garlic and bacon; stir lightly to coat. Cook, stirring often, for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with parsley.
